Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, misuse property data, or violate applicable laws using our platform.

Suimas Real Estate is not liable for disputes between buyers, sellers, or agents. We act as a platform to connect parties only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse our services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved under Kenyan jurisdiction.
